As a fast growing start-up, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual with an interest in combat sports, a keen eye for business and lots of fresh ideas. No two week’s are the same here at Sliema Fight Co. and our company culture is inclusive and welcoming.

You will be working directly with the founder Jay Rajakariyar and Operations Manager Klara Rakic. Together you will be pursuing an aggressive expansion strategy to new locations and help market the gym and its classes. To achieve this, we are on the lookout for someone to take on the following responsibilities:

– Implementing content strategies on our social media pages (Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok/Youtube/LinkedIn) and managing social media pages accordingly – Event Organisation – Launching new offers and products

You will be working in sunny Malta, across two gyms that boast stunning views over the Mediterranean sea. You’ll have plenty of downtime to explore the island and opportunities to get involved with lots of other facets of the business including Operations and Purchasing if you so wish.

We are looking to hire 2 x individuals to work together. Ideally they would have the following attributes:

– An interest in Fitness & Combat Sports

– Have experience creating Video & Photographic content for Instagram/TikTok/Facebook/Twitter and other Social Media platforms.

– Have their own work laptop with access to Graphic Design/Video Editing software
