boxing
Instructors: Spas Dichevski, Michael Schaerer, Jay Rajakariyar & Alex Denisov
Boxing is currently held 6 x per week with all our sessions run by MBF licenced instructors.
Each of our coaches has their own training style with sessions occuring on mornings, evenings and weekends. Some sessions will be focussed on padwork, others on partner drills, footwork, strength & conditioining and bag work.
We have a fully fledged amateur boxing team training at Sliema Fight Co. who spar on Fridays, if you’re interested in competing/sparring, please get in touch with one of our coaches.
mma
Instructor: Simon Perez
MMA combines techniques from various martial arts disciplines, including striking, grappling, and ground fighting. Our classes usually involve learning and practicing a wide range of techniques such as striking, takedowns, submissions, and clinching. MMA training offers a complete physical challenge, promoting overall fitness, self-defense proficiency, and mental discipline.
We host these classes twice weekly with open mats on a Sunday to give you a chance to roll with your fellow team mates.

kickboxing
Instructor: Klara Rakic
Klara currently runs one session per week focussing on beginners. Kickboxing is a hybrid martial art that combines elements of boxing and martial arts kicks. In these classes, you’ll learn and practice various punches, kicks, knee strikes, and defensive techniques. Kickboxing workouts provide a full-body workout, improving cardiovascular fitness, coordination and overall muscle tone.
We are currently establishing our competitive Kickboxing team, if interested in taking it to the level please let your coach know.
muay thai
Instructor: Zorka Gerka
Muay Thai, also known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” is a martial art and combat sport from Thailand. It utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. Muay Thai classes typically focus on technique, pad work, partner drills, and sparring. Training in Muay Thai enhances cardiovascular fitness, strength, agility, and self-defense skills.

martial conditioning
Instructor: Simone Puddu
Supporting our fighters achieve their best is Simone Puddu, who possesses a world of knowledge on strength and conditioning for combat sports. His sessions are held once per week
These classes involve a variety of exercises such as bodyweight movements, resistance training, cardio drills, and agility exercises. Martial conditioning workouts aim to improve overall physical fitness, enhance martial arts performance, and build functional strength.
hiit pilates
Instructor: Rachael Hollwey
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Pilates combines the principles of Pilates with high-intensity intervals. This weekly class typically involves a series of fast-paced exercises interspersed with short recovery periods. HIIT Pilates is designed to boost cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and improve overall strength and endurance.
bungee fitness
Bungee fitness is a unique and innovative workout that incorporates resistance training with the help of bungee cords. Participants wear a harness attached to an overhead bungee system, allowing for dynamic movements and increased flexibility. Bungee fitness classes provide a fun and challenging full-body workout, combining cardio, strength training, and core engagement. To join these weekly classes, make sure you book on and send your height/weight measurements prior to the class to your instructor.
pilates
Instructor: Dilek Delikan
Our ceritifed Pilates instructor Dilek will take you on a low-impact exercise journey that focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and posture. It involves precise movements and controlled breathing techniques, these weekly classes are performed on a mat. Pilates aims to develop core strength, increase muscle tone, and enhance body awareness.
