FAQs
For those with unlimited memberships, classes can be cancelled with no penalty.Â
For all others a class can be cancelled with no penalty at least 6 hours before class start time. Any cancellations after this period will incur the loss of 1 session credit.
Memberships are generally not refundable or transferrable.
Certain Premium memberships come with a 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy within those 14 days, you may cancel your contract with no further payments due.
Certain Premium packs allow a complimentary 14 day freeze on your membership.
Otherwise, a membership freeze can be applied for €15 payable at reception.
Payment can be made online via Debit Card/Credit Card/Gift Voucher.
At reception we accept all of the above and cash.
As we all know all physical activities and especially martial arts activities carries inherent risks.
When registering as a member you will be required to sign a Medical Liability Waiver.
Regardless of the above, the team are here to support an injury free and supportive environment.

We will always endeavour to find a replacement instructor but on some occasions a class may have to be cancelled. Â
If you have booked a class and it is cancelled by us, the class credit will be returned to your account.
Yes - under the guidance of our coaching team, you may compete in various Boxing, Kickboxing and MMA competitions.Â
