These are our rules:
Injury may occur through misuse of equipment.
Appropriate gym/combat sports attire must be worn. Cover padded equipment with a towel.
All classes must be pre-booked and make sure to cancel if you're not able to attend.
Sanitise equipment after use.
Re-rack your weights.
Be respectful towards others - we are a community!
Children under 16 are only permitted for kids and youth classes in the studio areas and not permitted to use the gym facilities.
Sparring can only be conducted with a coach present - leave your ego at the door.
During private studio sessions, gym members are welcome to share the studios but please check with the coach first.
The Management assumes no responsibility for injuries that may occur.
The Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Please inform us if you are pregnant or suffer from any medical conditions or injuries.

For those with unlimited memberships, classes can be cancelled with no penalty.
For all others a class can be cancelled with no penalty at least 6 hours before class start time. Any cancellations after this period will incur the loss of 1 session credit.
Memberships are generally not refundable or transferrable.
Certain Premium memberships come with a 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy within those 14 days, you may cancel your contract with no further payments due.
Certain Premium packs allow a complimentary 14 day freeze on your membership.
Otherwise, a membership freeze can be applied for €15 payable at reception.
Payment can be made online via Debit Card/Credit Card/Gift Voucher.
At reception we accept all of the above and cash.
As we all know all physical activities and especially martial arts activities carries inherent risks.
When registering as a member you will be required to sign a Medical Liability Waiver.
Regardless of the above, the team are here to support an injury free and supportive environment.

We will always endeavour to find a replacement instructor but on some occasions a class may have to be cancelled.
If you have booked a class and it is cancelled by us, the class credit will be returned to your account.
Yes - under the guidance of our coaching team, you may compete in various Boxing, Kickboxing and MMA competitions.
