COMMUNITY IS EVERYTHING
Sliema Fight Co. is home to Malta’s premier combat based fitness community.
Our main location is based at Tigne Point, nestled away within the Sliema Wanderers FC training ground where you’ll find a full cardio and strength training gym alongside combat studios.
Instruction will be provided from top quality coaches who work tirelessly to create a welcoming and encouraging environment to learn in.
junior combat sessions
Our coaches have been working tirelessly to develop our new youth squad. We currently provide sessions for:
- Youth Boxing (13 to 17)
- Youth Kickboxing (13 to 17)
- Youth Muay Thai (13 to 17)
- Kids Boxing (7 to 12)
Both boxing and kickboxing sessions have proven beneficial for:
– Confidence
– Discipline
– Fitness
– Strength
As licenced MBF/WUMA coaches, we are ready to take our squad all the way to fighting standard.
Your first session is always free but we ask that Parents/Guardians to come in and provide consent on day 1, and continue to manage any bookings via our app.

The way Jay teaches boxing is unheard of. He pushes you to the limit but still manages to keep it entertaining. I have been going to the group classes and the 1-on-1 classes, you feel welcomed and respected when coming in no matter what level you are in experience. When sparring, everybody from boxing to mma respects eachother and loves te grow together. By far the best squad I'm part of!
